
July 16 - 19 Olympic Dreams Clinic featured guest clinician-Boston
Celtics Trainer
and teammate Anna Lacerte's Dad, Ed
LaCerte.
In the guest speaker portion of our
clinic, Ed stressed the importance of core-conditioning for all sports and
especially in diving....Everyone participated in trying some of the exercises
and all received an informative hand out....one which we will be focusing on in

also got a surprise visit and some extra coaching from former "Riptide" Diving
Great (Coach Kelly's former team name) -
Alexadra Villapiano. Alex just spent a month in Equador learning
Spanish and living with a host family. She is a returning Junior @ George
Washington University in Washington D.C. Alex is in middle and is in the
green blouse on chair in the
above set of pics.
