Day: Saturday Time: 10:00-11:00 am (Beginners) 11:00-12:00 am (Beginners) *There is little to no difference between the two lessons. In these lessons we try to introduce the sport with a variety of safety techniques and skills. If you get a safe forward and back dive from these lessons, you have accomplished much. .If you have more than a safe forward and back dive or have dived before and are 12 or over, you may be too advanced for these lessons and should be in the 2-hour lessons. Please feel free to call Jim at 781-834-7249 for guidance and placement. MAKEUP POLICY WE MISS, YOU GET A MAKEUP YOU MISS - NO MAKEUP (NOT ENOUGH POOL-TIME OR SPACE DURING TEAM PRACTICES AT THIS TIME)

"All American" diver Tory McKenna
provides safe teaching technique
for back dive
All classes are designed for you & YOUR SAFETY....You will learn how to get safe clearance from the board and you will learn how to align yourself for entries so you don't hurt your back. Everything you learn about board work, approach, hurdles, takeoffs, dive mechanics and entries is safety related. No more scaring your parents in the back yard pools :). You will learn techniques used by Olympians. At the higher levels, you learn training techniques for 'competition readiness' and more of the mental aspects of our sport-which is a very large part :)....These classes are your springboard (pun intended:) to possible competition and Boston Area Diving West team & Jr. Olympic Diver status. You will also have a lot of fun! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |
