Since the Fall of 2007, BADWEST has been training at two great sites: Atkinson Pool in Sudbury & the Beede Center/Concord Carlisle pool in Concord. Divers who need it, will have ample opportunity for belt work (over head spotting rig) and spotting techniques at Brandeis with Joe & Jim. Please check with Jim (Kelly) before scheduling any belt work or diving @ Brandeis (go to gobad.com. for their schedule).
For
now, our
practice times @ The Beede Center are Monday & Thursdays 5:00-7:00. Atkinson
practices are generally Tues & Wed 5:00-7:00 and Saturday 2:00-4:00...and may
slightly vary with the time of the year. Check this calendar page for
updated schedules..
Please read and adhere to our regular BADWEST
TEAM PRACTICE POLICIES.
In the event of snow days/bad weather, I will email you and/or set the team
phone tree in motion. If you have any doubt about practice status, please
call Atkinson pool @ 978-443-1092 or the
Beede Center @ 978-287-9561 (I alert them first of any cancellations).
Please arrive 15 minutes before board-time so we may enjoy strength,
conditioning and stretching exercises. And as always, we reserve the right to
change practice dates/times on quick notice; Thanks.

JULY & AUGUST ~ One or Two week BADWEST Olympic Dreams Clinic
JULY 16-19 & AUGUST 6-9 ~ National-level conditioning & plyometrics and dry land drills (taken from Chinese National and U.S. Training Center coaches clinic) ~ springboard training and intro to 1 mtr platform diving; get ready for Fall or Winter high school diving; Learn important safety tips and/or just try to improve on the skills you already possess....and have fun along the way.
